  • Follow-up of documentation, procedures and identifying all test samples individually, to ensure total traceability.
  • Undertaking continuous employee training and assessment to ensure procedures are maintained to the highest standards.
  • Providing adequate resources to ensure that the qualities of the technical aspects of the business are maintained.
  • Complying with ISO/IEC 17025, ISO/IEC17020, ISO 9001 international standards and continually improve the effectiveness of the management system through customer feedback, proactive management reviews and internal audits.
  • Secure the safety of our personnel and ensures that the safe keeping of equipment and appropriate technology is made available to our staff to enable them to carry out their functions in a professional manner.
